The Medicine is the antidote to a life of chaos and confusion. Of consumption and disconnection. It is a crossroads in our lives where we decide enough is enough. Here we turn inwards, into our soul self, calling upon our ancestors for their wisdom which we weave into our work.
Your oracle ancestors will guide us. Women with spells woven into their hearts, with mythical magic in their bones. Together they rally so you can rise and return home. You will travel consciously, liminally and elementally to the east, the west, the north and south, to your deepest imagination and hidden realms. A place of untamed power and untethered truth.
An inner map to understand and support yourself, spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. Here you will be held in safety and space, with me as your guide, holding your hand and your heart with embodied wisdom and compassion.
Combining Shamanic journeys, soul and shadow work, this is a path of empowerment, intuition and connection.

The Cleansing - A 30-minute free call and introductory session to get to know you, your goals and to see if we would like to work together
10 one-to-one Sessions across 5 months:
A combination of shamanic journeys and Integration sessions,
2 sessions a month (60-90 mins)
Plus soul work in between sessions for you to complete at home
Personalised shamanic journeys
Elemental rituals and ceremonies
Trans-personal psychotherapeutic support (this is included in our sessions but for holistic psychotherapeutic support, it is recommended to opt for the Voxer upgrade)
Bespoke Journaling prompts
Optional Voxer support at an additional cost throughout the 5 months Monday-Friday for a deeper level of support and guidance
About Your Spiritual Companion
EDGE-WALKER, JOURNEY WOMAN, WISE CRONE, WAY-SHOWERIn Shakespeare, Lavinia is a woman whose tongue and hands were cut off so she could not speak or write her truth. That was me for many years. It took time, self-compassion, healing and journeying of my own to be able to stand before you today. I understand that this journey is not necessarily an easy one, but a life-altering one, the epitome of empowerment. Shaped by trauma, I had to do the work to rewrite the story of Lavinia first hand, full heart.
I believe there is depth and beauty to be found in our suffering and that wholeness is in who we are, imperfectly and authentically. I’m here to help you find your path, not to “fix” the person. The Medicine is about coming home to yourself and rekindling your intuition, the inner work and the holistic woman.
I will hold you here. As we go deeper into the undergrowth to bring you back to who you are, living a life of agency and autonomy.

Investment
Investment for the 5-month Medicine is £tbc to include all of the above (plus Voxer upgrade costs if chosen). I am open to exploring a payment schedule with you if needed. Please note, The Medicine is an ideal starter offering for those who would like a less extensive experience than The Journey.
Voxer Upgrade
The Voxer upgrade would allow you to voice message me and receive wraparound support Monday-Friday throughout The Medicine and would mean psychotherapeutic support would be available throughout. The cost for Voxer access is £500.
