Raised during the Troubles in Northern Ireland, Lavinia witnessed the psychic toll of violence and fracture. This early initiation shaped her lifelong inquiry into trauma, belonging, and the fierce power of reclamation.
A published author and international speaker - including at the first Interdisciplinary Trauma Conference in Prague - she is recognised for her rare ability to speak directly to the soul. Whether in prisons, boardrooms, or forest sanctuaries, she creates environments of radical safety, where nothing must be performed and everything can be spoken.
Her work is informed by Marion Woodman and Dr. Gabor Maté. It lives at the crossing point of silence, shame, and grief - where the buried self waits to return.

Lavinia holds a Master’s in Creative Writing Therapy (University of Sussex), a Joint First- Class Honours in English and Creative Writing (Bath Spa University), a BA in Addictions Therapy (Clouds House, University of Bath), a Postgraduate Diploma in Eco-Therapy, and the highest-level Diploma in Psycho-Spiritual Psychotherapy. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Bridging Psychotherapy and Shamanism, with advanced training in Soul Retrieval and LGBTQ+ affirmative practice.
At heart, Lavinia is a Feminist Archetypal Jungian — merging depth psychology with somatic, symbolic, and creative processes. Her career has spanned youth addiction interventions, therapeutic day centres, ceremonial soul retrieval, and post-traumatic integration.
