The old stories tell us: the pelt is never truly lost.
It waits — in the shadows, in the sea-dream, in the marrow — for the moment of return.
This retreat enters that myth. Guided by the timeless tale of the Sealskin Woman, we descend together into the places where belonging was fractured, where instinct was silenced, where the wild soul was bargained away.
The Descent We Will Take
In a liminal sanctuary, held by land and ritual, we will:
· Follow the trail back to the Hidden Skin — the vital essence set aside, forgotten, or stolen.
· Confront the shadows of conditioning and the quiet agreements that demanded we shrink.
· Call back the wild, instinctive self through ritual, shamanic journey, and deep nature connection.
· Re-inhabit the body, the voice, the wild skin that was always ours.
This is not about becoming something new.
It is about remembering.
It is about re-entering the skin of your soul, and finding again the belonging that was never truly gone.
Your journey includes two post-retreat integration sessions, to help you weave what you reclaim here into the fabric of daily life.
