IN PERSON GROUP RETREATS
Weekend Retreats
Deep journeys into myth, story, and the returning self.
Every threshold asks the same thing:
will you cross, and will you carry home what you came here to find?
These are not escapes.
They are returns.
Ritual spaces where the deep work happens in the presence of others —
where story, psyche, and ceremony meet.
Each sanctuary is a living ritual, held in the raw immediacy of the land.
We enter together, as women ready to dwell below the surface —
in the forgotten chambers of our own power.
We do not gather to be soothed.
We gather to descend, remember, reclaim.
This is a communal descent.
A circle of witness.
A place where you are met not for who you’ve been told to be,
but for who is already stirring beneath your skin.
You will not return the same.
For Those Who
Are Called
These weekends are for women who:
- Long for immersion, beyond what weekly sessions can hold.
- Feel the quiet pull of what stirs beneath the surface.
-Are ready to descend into shadow, memory, and knowing.
- Seek to reclaim what was buried — voice, instinct, belonging.
- Desire to live rooted, untamed, and true.
What Awaits Within the Retreat
Mythic Descent
Journeys into the imaginal deep —
where lost parts return,
and the unseen speaks.
Ritual and Ceremony
Living rites that honour your path,
stir forgotten wisdom, and mark the turning of your soul.
The Oracles
Guidance from the Weavers -
ancient cards that open doors
to insight and clarity.
Nature and Body
Grounding in the land that remembers,
attuning to the wisdom
carried in your own form.
Witnessing
A small circle.
A place to be seen,
and to see.
Integration
Reflections held in word, image, and silence.
Two post-retreat sessions
to weave what you have gathered back into life.
UPCOMING Retreats
GROUP MYTHIC WEEKEND SANCTUARY
Sealskin, Soulskin
THE MYTH OF BELONGING
Somewhere in you, a skin was left behind.
A soul-layer.
A way of belonging to yourself.
This sanctuary is a descent into that remembering —
the retrieval of what was never lost, only hidden.
Through story, ritual, and archetypal work,
we return to the skin that waits for us beneath the surface.
GROUP MYTHIC WEEKEND SANCTUARY
Good Morning, Midnight
RECLAIMING THE FRAGMENTED SELF
A sanctuary for women in recovery -
where sobriety is not the end,
but the beginning.
Here, we meet the fractures.
We tend the silence.
We gather the scattered parts
into a self that is whole, embodied, alive.
This is recovery reimagined —
not survival, but return.
GROUP MYTHIC WEEKEND SANCTUARY
RECLAIM YOUR TRUTH
The Unsilenced Voice
There is a voice in you
that was exiled,
but never lost.
This sanctuary is a descent into silence and shadow —
a mourning of what was taken,
a remembering of what still lives.
Here, the untold story returns.
Not polished.
Not performative.
But raw, real, whole.
PAST Retreats
GROUP SHAMANIC CO-FACILITATED RETREAT
20TH - 21ST SEPTEMBER, 2025
North Woman
THE WISE WOMAN OF THE NORTH
At the autumn equinox,
we gather in the North —
the place of elder wisdom,
of endings and of truth.
This sanctuary is a descent
into the power of the Wise Woman,
the one who stands rooted,
bone-deep, unshaken.
WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY:
“Lavinia is the real deal, she’s wise, skilled, dedicated and grounded. She carried out a soul retrieval for me and her insight was jaw-dropping. If you’re hesitating and wondering whether or not to do this work I’d say go for it!”

ABOUT LAVINIA WILDE
PSYCHOTHERAPIST | THERAPUTIC SHAMAN | ECO THERAPIST |
WRITER | SPEAKER | MA | BA (HONS) | PG DIP | PG CERT
Lavinia Wilde is a Feminist Archetypal Jungian Psychotherapist, eco-therapist, and guide in visionary dreamwork and ritual practice.
For over two decades, she has accompanied women through descent and return — walking with them into the mythopoetic landscapes of shame, silence, and grief, and back into voice, instinct, and authority.
Her work stands at the meeting point of depth psychology, myth, and ceremony. It offers spaces where nothing must be performed, and where grief and longing are not pathologies but compasses.
Raised during the Troubles in Northern Ireland, Lavinia’s practice is grounded in lived initiation. It is not abstract or theoretical.
It is earned.
