ONLINE OR IN-PERSONPSYCHOTHERAPY
Feminist Jungian psychotherapy for women seeking steady, ongoing support through what hurts, repeats, or no longer fits.
Weekly, longer-term talking therapy with room for the immediate difficulty, the life that shaped it, and the deeper questions beginning to emerge.
BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE
Women begin psychotherapy for many reasons.
You may be living through grief, heartbreak, divorce, anxiety, a relationship crisis, a painful family dynamic, burnout, or a life that no longer feels bearable in the way it once did.
Sometimes the immediate pain is clear.
Sometimes the clearest thing is a sense that you are meeting the same difficulty in a different form, or that the life you have managed so capably no longer feels fully your own.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly named reason. You do not need to understand the whole of what is happening before you begin.
We begin with what is here.
Over time, the work may reveal older loyalties, inherited expectations, repeated ways of relating, and the places where you learned to leave yourself out.
A feminist Jungian approach also makes room for the wider world within the personal one: the ideas about goodness, care, anger, loyalty, desire, and womanhood that may have shaped what you learned to permit in yourself.
Weekly psychotherapy gives these recognitions time to gather, deepen, and begin changing how you live.
WHAT WE MAY MEET
We may work with grief, shame, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-erasure, over-functioning, emotional exhaustion, old wounds, and experiences that continue returning in different forms.
You may find it difficult to know what you feel, to say no, to remain present during conflict, to trust your own experience, or to recognise yourself in the life you are living.
Perhaps you understand a great deal already, yet something has not changed around what you know.
The work holds what is hurting now alongside the history, meanings, relationships, and inherited rules that have shaped it.
Over time, you may begin to hear yourself sooner, trust your experience more fully, make decisions with less self-betrayal, and become more present in your own life.
HOW IT IS HELD
Psychotherapy with me is weekly and ongoing.
We meet for 60 minutes each week. Your session is reserved within a monthly commitment, creating a regular rhythm in which trust, understanding, and change can develop over time.
Some women begin during grief, loss, rupture, or a difficult season and need a grounded place in which to be met.
Others arrive with a quieter but persistent sense that something keeps repeating, or that the life they are living no longer holds the whole of who they are.
The work follows the pace of what is ready to be known while maintaining the continuity needed for depth.
This is a relationship that develops over time, making room for what has been difficult to name, long defended, or carried alone.
The Investment
Psychotherapy is £100 per 60-minute session.
The work is held weekly within an ongoing monthly commitment, giving the therapy the steadiness and continuity it needs to deepen.
A DIFFERENT DOORWAY
Psychotherapy and Depth Work arise from the same philosophy and take different forms.
Psychotherapy is weekly, ongoing, clinically grounded talking therapy. It offers a steady relationship in which we can begin with what is happening now and follow what unfolds over time.
Depth Work is more immersive and imaginal in structure. It may include symbolic work, readings, ritual, reflective material, and a closer process between sessions.
Psychotherapy may be the right doorway when you want regular therapeutic support and the continuity of a longer-term clinical relationship.
WHAT WOMEN SAY“Her work is sacred and practical all at once.
I felt seen, held, andtransformed in ways I didn’t think possible.”

ABOUT LAVINIA WILDE
PSYCHOTHERAPIST | WRITER | MYTHIC GUIDE
MA | BA (HONS) | PG DIP | PG CERTI am a feminist Jungian psychotherapist, writer and mythic guide.
My work asks how a woman recovers the authority to define and inhabit her own life.
For more than two decades, I have accompanied women through the places where inherited loyalties, old adaptations and unlived truths begin to press against the life they have known.
Raised during the Troubles in Northern Ireland, my practice is grounded in professional training and lived understanding. I bring depth psychology, feminist thought, myth, language and the body into conversation, creating spaces where nothing has to be performed and where women can question inherited laws, recognise the authority of their own knowing, and allow life to change around what becomes true.
