TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Hag and Bone. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using this website and engaging with any offerings. By accessing this website and booking any services, you agree to abide by these terms.

    • How to Book: You can book online by following the links on the website or by emailing lavinia@hagandbone.com.

    • Securing Your Place: Early booking is recommended to secure your spot on any sanctuary or course. Your booking isn't confirmed until we receive your required deposit or full fee payment. Please check individual sanctuary/course pages for specific booking fees and payment schedules.

    • Clarity Call Requirement: To ensure our retreats and offerings are the right fit for your needs, a 20-minute confidential Clarity Call is required before booking. This allows us to ensure the retreat is suitable for you and to support the integrity of the group.

    • Application Refusal: Hag and Bone reserves the right to refuse applications and accept only those deemed acceptable for the course or sanctuary. This is at our sole discretion, and final decisions are non-negotiable.

    • Confirmation: Once your place is booked and confirmed, you'll receive a written confirmation, further details about the sanctuary or immersion, a packing list, and travel instructions.

  • These terms apply specifically to all residential sanctuaries and in-person courses.

    • Payment Schedule: Where deposits are accepted, a minimum of 50% of fees will secure your place, and all deposits are non-refundable. The balance of fees is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the sanctuary or course commencement. If you've opted for split payments, it's your responsibility to settle outstanding payments by the specified due dates.

    • Hag and Bone Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that Hag and Bone must cancel a sanctuary or course for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

    • Participant Cancellations - All Sales Final: Due to the small, intimate, and carefully curated nature of Hag and Bone sanctuaries and courses, once your booking is confirmed, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, in part or in full, for any reason if you need to cancel your participation.

    • Substance Policy: For the safety, integrity, and profound holding of the group within our sacred space, a strict no alcohol or other drugs policy is in effect for the entire duration of the sanctuary or course. Should a participant be unable to uphold this policy, they will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund given.

    • Attendee Responsibility & Suitability: It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure they have sufficient support for their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being throughout the course or sanctuary Course facilitators reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admittance of any attendee at their discretion if their participation is deemed unsuitable for the group dynamic or individual's well-being. Final decisions are non-negotiable.

    • Copyright: All course materials, handouts, videos, and email correspondence are copyrighted to Lavinia Wilde (Hag and Bone) or the associated teacher. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form (physical, digital, or otherwise) without explicit written permission from the copyright holder, except for personal study by the individual enrolled in the specific course.

    • Access: Full course or video fees must be received before access to an online course or video will be granted.

    • Refunds: All online course and video purchase fees are non-refundable, as course materials and access to videos are provided upon payment.

  • These apply to all in-person sanctuaries and courses.

    • Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed within any of the buildings.

    • Personal Property: Hag and Bone does not assume responsibility for guests’ personal property.

    • Pets: Pets cannot be accommodated at our events.

    • Personal Space & Well-being: All attendees are expected to hold their own space for the duration of the course and manage their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

    • Addressing Concerns: To protect the learning environment for all attendees, any complaints about the course, other students, or facilitators must be addressed directly to Lavinia Wilde via lavinia@hagandbone.com.

  • All attendees to online and in-person courses and sanctuaries take full responsibility for their own actions and the results of them. Hag and Bone takes no responsibility for actions or behaviour by any participant deemed unethical or unsafe, or which result in psychological or physical disturbance.

    • Copyright: All website images and content are copyrighted to Hag and Bone and may not be used in any form, whether physical, digital, or otherwise, without explicit written permission from the copyright holder.
