ONLINE OR IN-PERSONMENTORSHIP
For therapists, guides and practitioners whose work is asking more of them.
A reflective, relational space for the woman and the work.
WHEN PRACTICE WANTS TO DEEPEN
There comes a point in a practitioner’s life when skill is no longer the only question.
Deeper questions begin to press:
How do I hold more without hardening?
Where am I over-giving, over-explaining or performing steadiness?
What from my own history enters the room before I recognise it?
What wants refining in the way I listen, name, challenge, guide or remain present?
What kind of authority is the work asking me to inhabit?
This mentorship offers somewhere to bring the work you hold and what holding it awakens in you.
We attend to the practitioner you are becoming, the work itself, and the shape of the practice growing around it.
Because the woman does not remain outside the room when the practitioner enters it.
WHAT THE MENTORSHIP HOLDS
THE WOMAN HOLDING THE WORK
What becomes stirred, carried, over-held, avoided or performed.
Your history, boundaries, authority, instincts and the places where the work reaches into your own inner life.
THE WORK ITSELF
Anonymised client and group material, relational dynamics, symbolic material, moments of stuckness, rupture, challenge, depth and uncertainty.
The questions that cannot always be answered by technique alone.
THE PRACTICE TAKING SHAPE
Voice, structure, language, offerings, visibility, boundaries, sustainability and integrity.
The outer form of a practice that is becoming more congruent with the woman creating it.
This mentorship is not clinical supervision and does not replace any formal supervision, safeguarding or professional accountability your work requires.
Client and group material must be brought anonymously and in accordance with the ethical requirements of your profession.
It is a serious, depthful space for practitioners who want their work to develop a stronger spine without losing the woman inside it.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This work is for women at the beginning of practice and for experienced practitioners already holding clients, groups, spaces, rites, programmes or bodies of work.
It is for practitioners whose work has begun to ask questions that technique alone cannot answer.
You may be carrying greater depth, visibility, complexity or responsibility and need somewhere to consider the inner and outer shape of that growth.
You may be:
Refining your voice
Strengthening your authority
Deepening your client or group work
Reshaping an offering
Tending the boundaries of your practice
Meeting the places where your own history enters the work unseen
Looking for language for something you can feel but cannot yet fully name
The psychological, symbolic, relational, practical and personal are welcome in the same room.
The practitioner and the practice are considered together.
WHAT THE MENTORSHIP INCLUDES

HOW THE WORK UNFOLDS
The mentorship is held slowly and relationally.
Some practitioners arrive because their practice is growing and they need somewhere capable of holding the weight of that growth.
Others come because something has begun to strain, thin or lose its integrity, and their existing ways of working can no longer answer what is being asked.
Our monthly sessions create room to step back from immediacy and see the larger shape of what is happening.
Between sessions, Voxer provides a living thread of contact.
Questions, anonymised relational dynamics, symbolic material, resistance, emerging ideas, changes in voice, or moments when something tightens or opens can be brought while they are still alive.
This rhythm allows us to follow what is developing across time rather than beginning again at each monthly meeting.
The work is given time to clarify, strengthen and find its truer form.

ABOUT LAVINIA WILDE
PSYCHOTHERAPIST | RITUAL GUIDE | WRITER
MA | BA (HONS) | PG DIP | PG CERTI am a feminist Jungian psychotherapist, writer and mythic guide.
My work asks how a woman recovers the authority to define and inhabit her own life.
For more than two decades, I have accompanied women through the places where inherited loyalties, old adaptations and unlived truths begin to press against the life they have known.
Raised during the Troubles in Northern Ireland, my practice is grounded in professional training and lived understanding. I bring depth psychology, feminist thought, myth, language and the body into conversation, creating spaces where nothing has to be performed and where women can question inherited laws, recognise the authority of their own knowing, and allow life to change around what becomes true.
